Full Conference registration includes: attendance at all sessions, paper presentation, conference program, badge, coffee breaks, tech support.

• IEEE Members should confirm their membership by sending their membership numbers on nauka@iitu.edu.kz.
• Students should provide a valid certificate on nauka@iitu.edu.kz.
• Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper.
